      Pros

      Everyone who isn't a director is skilled and great to work with, location and office are both positives.

      Cons

      Managing Director is a rude, ignorant bully. Directors micro manage and place high stress and pressure on their staff, limited rewards and very low pay.

      Pros

      - Everyone below management are a delight to work with. - The office is nice and in a good location. - The are lots of choices for lunch in the surrounding area

      Cons

      - Very low pay. - You are expected to do overtime with no compensation. - Upper management are horrible. - Company owner is a rude, domineering & ignorant man. He freely belittles employees.
