Pros
Great work life balance. There is an understanding and support for a life outside of work. Great company culture and fantastic people who are team players and also efficient who know how to get things done. One of best parts is that egos are not a big problem, and the work and culture is better for it. It is also a small enough company that there is a variety of roles employees can play, and opportunities for growth.
Cons
Some of the client projects lack excitement. The type of work is often very technical since it is for B2B client buyer journeys and products. Sometimes this leads to interesting strategic thinking projects, and sometimes the corporate clients are stuck in old ways of thinking about marketing.
