Pay scale is great, company gave me a phone, a brand new truck to use for work and personal use, good vacation package, good health and dental
Cons
You will be stressed all the time. You will be asked to do with 2 guys what used to be done with 5. Corporate has cut heads to the point where it is impossible to get your job done. We dont have enough hours to do preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs and management just says get it done.
