1) learn to perform in extremely stressful environment 2) incentives are good 3) best place to learn time management 4) Less politics than other firms
Cons
1) Screws up Work Life Balance 2) Your boss can be abusive, with no decency to talk in a professional tone 3) Indian Management is just hung on to rules set down by their Swiss parent company, with no modification as per Indian conditions. 4) Management has no strategy to ease pressure of employees.
