-Fun environment to work in, when you don't factor in the potential instability of the way the company is run -Allows entry-level professionals with a college degree to gain experience in nearly all facets of web development, social media marketing, online marketing, and some programming if you have the desire to learn -Fast paced environment -Large client base, specifically in and around Houston -Fairly established, has been around at least 13 years

-Ineffective Human Resources management -Arbitrary company policies implemented with no real fore-thought on the future affects to the organization as a whole -Mostly disorganized approach to leadership among the highest ranks of management -Extremely high turn over of employees -Low pay compared to industry standards and location
