Pros
Had a great team when I was working there, the culture was amazing. Do what you gotta do responsibility-wise but have a bit of fun while you do it. Management has always been a little rough though, past and present managers. 50% discount on shift is nice. Flexible hours for a first job and people still in school. Good pay!! Better than literally all of my friends at my age (15-17).
Cons
Management wasn't great, experienced 3 different managers in my time there and the favouritism that then followed through to rostering was crazy - and favourites weren't chosen by how well they worked. Higher ups from head office / regionals were really hit and miss, some don't take genuine issues seriously at all if they're buddies with store management. Biggest problem was always that the restaurant was never that clean, and things were always breaking that never got fixed, budgeting was poor.
