Pros
They used to give bonus every year based on the company's performance, but since they were bought out, they seem unattainable for the layman. Like with any company, there are plenty of good people working for them. Health coverage is very cheap. 401k match.
This might be a con, but if you prove that you work hard and the managers like you, there is a ridiculous amount of overtime that you can (or are expected) to work. Can lead to some 60+ hour work weeks.
Cons
It is hard to move from the floor of the assembly up to get raises now a days. The have picnics through out the summer. They used to me more frequent in years past.
