Employees work hard! (Partly due to fear of being fired on the spot, but they are hard workers nonetheless.)
Cons
If you aren't a friend of the Schuff's, one of their kids' friends that work there, ex girlfriends or a member of the good ole' boys club, you are treated as an outcast.
