Pros
Friendly colleagues, usually not much micromanagement, if you like office and company events - there are plenty of it. Very large and corporate environment.
Cons
- Very restrictive corporate network - you cannot install any custom, non-company approved software. You cannot access 90% of the internet, only whitelist of websites. No freedom of using AI or any non-company approved language or framework.
- Strict monitoring of traffic, every request to any website is passing through their proxy for evaluation.
- No 100% remote home office, however mostly remote is allowed depending on team.
- Minimal pay raises or growth. Contributions are not recognized, only internal KPI with have nothing to do with real work - you have to "sell" the company products to friends, go and do some social company activities, etc.
- If you're living in a different city - all expenses to travel are from your own money.
