Pros
This company is a cross-section of a number of fields, laboratory science, donor service, medical events, salespeople and well-meaning employees that need more support. The internal infrastructure spans the US but is no more than 200 people. Given the smaller nature of Science Care you are familiar with all the people you interact with on a daily basis. There is opportunity for growth to a point.
Cons
The c-suite is so removed from daily tasks they often are clueless what goes on. The VPs in general are good however there are a few that are way over their heads and are clueless. The share holders do not care for the employees, they do not provide enough resources for the company to thrive and only care about the bottom line, not developing the company.
