      Worst place to work with - Senior CSE ScienceUtsav Employee Review

      Employee can get free Tea/coffee

      Cons

      ○Company has no commercial office setup, they work in a apartment in remote area with a team of 10 members including 1 manager and boss ○In the begining HR takes several rounds of interview and selects a few people. ○It is tols that training will be provided but Not at all provided, You work from the day 1 without anyones support of training which is too stressy. ○Boss works in bangalore and mangalore location but less communicating with new staffs. ○ Senior staffs are very much into groupism and doesnt mingle with juniors , new employees feels left out. ○Boss fires you within the training period that is 7 days of joining and without even giving notice for no reason you will be put out of your job and will take some days to get out of that Trauma ○several new joinees gets fired within 1 week of joining and the Boss doesnt cares about Job policy or employees status just fires without giving training at all, there is no trainer in this company and while joining

      - The power of the Organisation is its Team where everyone is considered important. - Each opinion is considered and supported here and every genuine mistake is given a chance improvement. - The energy of the people working here is so high that it motivates the new interns to learn and improve themselves. - A person who is not skilled but wishes to learn is always considered here. - Each one has a scope for learning new skills along with the assigned work. - Here everyone learns from each other's feedback. - Innovative teaching is promoted which also provides Food for the Instructor's brain. This helps him/ her to improvise every class. - Company promotes 21st century skills in their Instructors as well. - Along with this one gets a brief idea of how a business runs. - Regular training and discussions help in understanding the work and system more efficiently as well as helps in soft skills and personality development. If you are person who looking forward to learn something new each day. This is a right place.

      work in a team environment, collaborative work, fewer working hours, get praised for good work, relatively good pay if u work more bonus is paid without fail

      sometimes have to manage time properly cuz the work might get crammed.
