Pros
Very interesting projects / technology. Great team, good people. Very accommodating to various employee work / life balance needs. Casual but still very professional environment. I've worked at a number of the big corporate competitors, and the environment at SSCI is honestly sooo much better.
Cons
Its a growing small company, things move quickly, and that's not for everyone (but for some its where you thrive).
