      Pros

      1) Good salary to start with your career. 2) Friendly peers

      Cons

      1) The CEO! The lady has zero qualifications to be a CEO. Its seems like she is running the company with the mindset of a kiraana store owner rather than a software service company. Big ego issues and zero logical talks. 2) Micromanagement 3) Outdated tech stack 4) In the compensation they will mention PF and Bonus, but still god knows who is receiving it. 5) No SDLC being followed, you will feel like coding a college project 6) No seniors to learn from.

      Work Life Balance: nothing like that exists Officially 5 days to work but expected to come to the office every Saturday No work from home (Can not afford Laptops) Official working hours of 10 that too from office No security for girls working till 10pm Can not even afford a security guard.
