Pros
1) Good people and transparent culture. 2) Work from home option available (only after probation period). 3) As its a small and growing organisation, many opportunities are available within. 4) Do offer decent salaries, hikes and holidays. 5) Will get to work on interesting and challenging projects. 6) Employees are encouraged to be proactive, and management listens to new ideas/suggestions.
Cons
1) Everyone must complete 45 hours a week. 2) Half Day salary will be deducted if timesheet is not filled. 3) Not many team outings, though fun activities (Fun Fridays) are celebrated. 4) Not suitable for people who need mentorship/training. Only experienced people are hired, and are expected to deliver on their own (self-learning) with minimal support.
