Pros
Flex time is great. If everything runs on time, it can be relatively easy. The dispatchers are nice.
Cons
You will run up a lot of miles on your car, you pay for own gas, car payments and repairs. Every mile you drive, your car value depreciates. The pay you make seems ok, but isn't really considering that you are an independent contractor. The company is contracted by Amazon, that is when you will feel the squeeze. A lot of high pressure, fast deliveries. Especially if you delivering in DTLA- forget it, you lose time looking for parking. Scoobeez do NOT pay for your parking tickets anymore. Amazon has been sued multiple times over the way drivers are treated and the pressures they are subjected to. Drivers break speed limits to deliver on time.
