      Flexible Schedule; Can work as much or as little as you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get assigned some rougher schools but that's like any subbing agency. Usually In-House subbing pay at that school you work at is better.

      There was always work at Scoot, 4-5 days a week,or long-term, if you were lucky
