      Lots of opportunities for career development, detailed onboarding and training, community-focused

      Cons

      Shift schedule changes every 6 months, shift lottery, evening and weekend shifts, scorecards were very stressful and monitored closely by supervisors, not encouraged to take more than 1-2 minutes between calls

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.
