- It's a well-known company - Nice to have a big brand to grow with
Cons
- Management don't care about your growth - You're expected to start achieving goals right away, and regardless they will place you on a performance plan. Ridiculous pressure. - The top-down expectation is to achieve targets, and if you're just starting out, the ways you can "score" on your scorecard are few and far between
