      Low stress, nine to five, compensation is better than in most places, get to work on whatever technology we want.

      Cons

      Skillset not transferable to other jobs: one gets too tied up in the infrastructure, takes too long to setup any software tools, etc.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
