Was good but gone downhill - Director Scotiabank Employee Review

CEO started ok but went downhill for the past 3 years. Overworked, burnt out, and a lot of turnover. They will say it is 'healthy' for the company to have that much turnover but that's just to conceal the fact senior management is really bad at their job. Awful CEO, COO.
