Pros
Co-workers were great but due to poor management, most have either quit or have been terminated.
Cons
Terrible management, this starts at the branch level, all the way up to SVP. Everyone passes the buck to someone else to protect their own positions and as you know, the lowest person on the totem pole usually pays the price.
