Amazing people, exciting opportunities and projects. So many resources to rely on.

Most people are traveling during the week so if your project team is hybrid, you will only get face-to-face time with them when on the client site. Some find that great, but I enjoy more collaboration and time with the team.

Decent compensation and the opportunity to gain industry experience.

The teams operate in isolation with minimal collaboration across the company. Management was difficult to work with and did not create an environment where employees could succeed. Expectations were unclear, support was limited, and the overall culture felt negative and unsupportive. I left feeling that the position was set up for failure from the outset.
