You can control your own work schedule on a daily basis. Your co-workers are fun to work with. You basically work alone on a daily basis and that's the fun part of the job. The job is not stressful once you learn the techniques of doing the job.

The Managers really Don't care about the employees personal lives as long as they get their number. There are No incentives to help motivate the employees.Your home life will be burden because all of the hours you have to put in due to weather conditions or because the company did not meet their goal for the week for what ever reason. Not being paid time in a half for over time is not fun. Going in on a Saturday for 3 hours is not worth your time, you only make about $20 for that day. It's not worth coming in for that amount of money on Saturday, it cost most guys more gas money to come to work and go home. the company needs to take another look at how the overtime is paid.
