      Pros

      True ownership of a business portfolio at an ABM level. Projects often give you exposure to Sr. Management. Health and wellness programs are good.

      Cons

      Marketing organization is in a state of constant change. Sr. Management often displays signs of ADHD and is reactionary and impatient. Very little professional or career development. It's a boys club through and through. You need to be a bulldog to get noticed.

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
