1. Pay is way way behind times. They are off by at least $30k plus per SM
2. You are a glorified merchandiser that also has to engage with upper mngment as well run reports like you have time as a "sales manager".
3. The car is to small for the job. Way to small! You are sent displays that won't fit in your car, and your garage becomes a storage facility
4. They are behind the ball with communication specially around sales events. You find out way to late and you have to react to everything.
5. They say you have down time in the winter months...not true....buy backs happen and you are just busy.
6. 15hr plus days with not enough budget to support a team. You are doing everything with minimal staff. Your staff is burned as they are just seasonal workers. Hiring for this position has become crazy hard.
7. They need to invest in their people more. They don't have true support with what matters and that's a full staff to help them. SM have bad backs, arms and legs as they just fall apart trying to keep things going.
