The company is a growing start-up and is always helping people working at the company to grow as well, be it an employee or an intern. You are not restricted to only one job role and can assist in other department as well, helping the employees learn to be fluent in all job roles. Work targets are more important than work hours, helping the worker be flexible in the way they work, which in turn helps them do their best. So, if you want to learn and do something different, this is the place for you. Additionally, the company is trying to be as sustainable as possible.

At its initial stage, so could be not suitable for people with high expectations.

At times there is a lag in coordination, but I feel that's due to the remotely working team members spread across India.
