Pros
Atmosphere in store. Great vibe with other shops. Good opportunity to progress (depending on location!) Get to work with heads of departments and the owners of the company.
Cons
Huge workload at times. Tasks often given by head office to be completed with a very short deadline (including when you're off/on holiday). Can often take a long time for things to be done. Head office very understaffed, and as such the shops tend to be very understaffed.
