Pros
Doctors are great. You learn a significant amount on the job if you wish to learn. Valuable work relevant experience for all those interested in pre-med/pre-pa/pre-health care.
Cons
Managers only care about themselves and how it is going to make them look to senior management. They are threatened by those trying to better the company and do things the appropriate way. Prefers to ignore problems rather than seeking a solution. In addition, terrible pay for the amount of work you are required to do.
