      Pros

      Multiple shifts provided flexible hours while I went to school. I learned a lot from nearly 3 years in the ER. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Chief scribe was unorganized and often unwilling to help. Doctors were often rude and unprofessional.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
