      Provided training is very helpful. ER experience is invaluable: you get to learn a lot from the providers.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, especially in comparison to how much the providers actually pay to have you there.

      Pros

      Application was easy to access on the phone and laptop. I loved how the interview was a recorded video made things less nerve racking.

      Not being able to talk to someone face to face about the job

      Pros

      It was a valuable experience that set me up to pursure higher education.

      Cons

      At the time I was starting at the company there was a lot of turnover which caused multiple issues with onboarding.
