      Pros

      I love the physician I work with as well as the environment. You learn every single day. At the site I work at, the nurses and MAs all treat me like an equal, and thats so refreshign.

      Cons

      Poor pay, incompetent management. Your schedule can be sporadic and change at the drop of at hat, depending on your site's needs, and you're expected to immediately compensate for that no matter whaat other commitments you have.
