      Patient interaction, access to medical procedures, face to face with some of the best RN and Doctors in the world.

      Cons

      As a volunteer, we were not able to do as much as I would have liked. There was insurance issues with involvement with patients. However when doctors say otherwise, it became fun

      Amazing company and they want you to grow

      Cons

      Don’t pay you for education since as training modules they are expected to be done at work which is hard for nurses.

      Pros

      great salary and benefits, with upper management habit of using lower level employees to pick away at technologist position of authority. Lack of trust for honest hard working technologist.

      Cons

      poor work life balance and never ending work shifts. good for short term work and salary
