ScrumLaunch Response
11moThank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience.
We’re truly sorry that the situation unfolded this way, and we completely understand your disappointment. After the offer was signed, there was indeed a delay in onboarding, followed by a cancellation of the project. Situations like this are extremely rare and are difficult both for the candidate and for us as an employer.
It’s important to note that, in some cases, unforeseen and uncontrollable external factors - such as sudden changes on the client’s side, shifting project priorities, or broader market conditions - can impact our hiring plans. These are force majeure circumstances that are unfortunately beyond our control. While we always do our best to minimize such outcomes, they cannot always be fully avoided.
That said, we acknowledge that communication in your case could and should have been better. We are actively working to improve transparency and consistency throughout the hiring and onboarding process. We strive to ensure every candidate feels respected, informed, and supported at every stage of their journey with us.
We appreciate your feedback and and your time.
Sincerely,
The ScrumLaunch Team
