Thank you - We agree we have very hard-working and capable employees which includes management who are very focused on listening to employees and creating a positive work environment. Management is making hundreds of decisions every day. The company has been focused on more rapid change and has been growing the past few years through increasing the leadership team, delegation, and change management. Scully reviews compensation levels compared with local and industry norms annually to remain competitive with other manufacturing companies. Scully values on-site teamwork; in many positions requiring manufacturing, engineering and customer interaction, hybrid work is not feasible. Scully invests heavily in R&D and Engineering and post pandemic has increased the pace at which new products are being introduced. Scully encourages feedback and communication with employees which includes management open door practices, one-to-one CEO meetings, quarterly lunch and learns, and employee surveys. We appreciate your advice and will continue our efforts to strengthen communication and teamwork throughout the organization.
