      good place to start, compensation is good and above from market

      Almost No onsite oppurtunities, Small company, less and limited no. of projects, not for long term stay, politics and politics........

      Pros

      I have a great rapport with my direct supervisor and have similar access to their bosses Great benefits despite smaller size of company I always know where I stand in the company If I ask questions I am given answers

      Cons

      No 401k match, but I've been told it's in the works The pay is a little lower than I can get elsewhere, but I still feel valued based on feedback
