      I love Sealing Devices, the people are wonderful, helpful and respectful work environment. Owners are phenomenal treat you like family!

      Cons

      I have not really found a con! Wish they were a bit more open to split office 3 day / work from home 2 days to improve work life balance.

      Profit sharing plan is amazing. You are treated right. The owner even walks around shaking peoples hands and chit chats with you.

      Coworkers can be difficult at times to work with. What job isn’t like that? Lol
