Really valuable product that's easy to understand and sell, it's a solution that really every B2B company needs. Company culture is high energy and the sales team is extremely collaborative. Leadership listens to ideas and communicates well with the team, something very important with remote work. They promote from within, so there are opportunities for quick growth which is performance driven. The sales training and tools provided to the SDRs are very efficient for doing a lot of outreach with not a lot of effort. Hitting quota is rather easy to achieve without working over 40 hours, the challenge comes in crushing it.
