1. Prepare to be micromanaged from the top down. Our CEO is not a people leader, and it shows tremendously. I do not feel like I am trusted to do my job, or that our leadership is confident anyone on my team is either. 2. Prepare for "benefits/privileges" to be randomly taken away based on leaderships discretion. For example, when I was hired I was informed that we received Summer Fridays from Memorial Day - Labor Day which is a time when the entire company closes at 2 P.M. every Friday. Despite how "awesome" the company is doing according to our CEO, we unfortunately did not "earn" this benefit this year so far. 3. The benefits are lacking compared to other start-ups, and believe me, the pay is not up to par either.
