Pros
There are no Pros for this company. BELIEVE ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! All other posters mention the new building being a pro- this is coming from fresh college graduates who are just getting their feet wet in the working world. The new office is in the middle of a shady part of town.
Cons
Where do I start? If you’re in your early to mid twenties it’s probably an ok starter job. 95% of employees are 20-29 year old females and their $45k-$60k base is probably the most money they’ve made because they haven’t worked anywhere else. The recruiter provides false information about onboarding and benefits. Celebrating 1 year anniversaries is big because NO one lasts that long. They either quit or get fired. Most will get fired, with no warning and no solid reason. You will walk on egg shells wondering if today is your day to get fired. Healthcare benefits are very expensive. Plan to pay $250 a month! There is a big disconnect between the sales and recruitment teams. The recruitment team is running lean (everyone is quitting), resumes aren’t spell checked, candidates aren’t properly qualified so getting paid takes MONTHS on one deal that will only pay you maybe $300-400 per deal while the company is making $16k- $25,000 per deal. You are told you get 3 days in office, 2 remote. This is a LIE. You will be guilted in coming in everyday. The office will be dead and you’re basically sitting in a room by yourself making 40+ calls. Taking PTO is frowned upon. Having a personal life outside of work is frowned upon. They act like bringing in pizza on Friday is a big perk. No thanks, I prefer to get out of this hell hole and enjoy my 1 hour lunch break somewhere else. Training is a JOKE.- there is no formal training at all. You’re told to start making calls your second week and then ridiculed if it’s not polished or you can come in at 730 am 5x a week for a 30 minute role play session. They ask you to pitch fake candidates just to get job orders. Believe the negative reviews. The positive ones are a joke and fake.
