Pros

When I first started at Searchflow I felt like my line managers and colleagues were great. We had a good work life balance and i really enjoyed coming to work with my team. This unfortunately changed in recent years. There was flexibility to work from home which was always appreciated.

Cons

working from home ended up being extremely policed as to when you were away from your desk / not on the phone. Unrealistic standards set for achieving what was described as the ‘basic’ level of doing your job.

- Friendly team - Opportunity to grow internally - Advice/knowledge offered to those who pursue it - Honest/helpful management team

Cons

- Base training on the company system could be updated - Sales training close to non-existent - Pay for roles is lower than comparitive roles at similar companies
