      There are a lot of pros. You can work anytime and from anywhere. There is no limit for earning. The more you work, the more you earn. Working with them is great for some extra income.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are strict deadlines for work which means you have very less time to complete the work.

      Sorry, unable to recollect the positive thing

      Cons

      They take deposit from Freelancer, then give them the workload. Company's attitude is more towards deducting the money from freelancer's pocket. Company earning SO MUCH on freelancer's efforts & give them peanuts in returns (if freelancer is enough lucky). I highly recommend not to keep any relation with this company
