Pros

at least within my loss prevention team, there is a strong sense of both competition to drive one another and a familial bond as well. We help each other when needed. I think that is an important part of any team. you have to be both harsh and critical of one another while also being supportive. Its a difficult balance all in all, but it is again, something crucial. Overall, its a good company.

Cons

Compensation could be much better. Compared to industry average things seem to be quite low. With the current state of the economy, I hope the company toughs it out.

Good team and good compensation

Cons

The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

Pros

great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

Cons

Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
