      Pros

      Ability to have worklife balance. It has a lot of opportunity to do many different areas but upward growth is difficult because you must have seniority to make it long term.

      Cons

      I found the company has a lot of great processes but the consistance of use from store to store is lacking, which impacts how you are judged by the company, region and district. I felt that I didn not have a lot of ability to think for yourself or make management decisions.

      Good team and good compensation

      Cons

      The contract is only for 30 days, so it needs to be renewed every month, and we always lose access during the process. This creates some uncertainty for us.

      great people, easy to make friends, lots of variety of work. Training on how to bulid rapport with customers.

      Cons

      Direct reports require a certain amount of sales without offering any ways of measuring effort. Favorites are played by management.
