* Leadership with vision * Friendly people, open culture * Wfh is there (on need basis) * Late working is usualy nt encouraged * super cool HR * good support staff (admin, concierge etc) * nice CTC (not too high, not too low) * Phone, internet reimbursements * onsite opportunity is ther (chicago) * company transport at very nominal cost
Cons
* Allow people to work in different projects * Make sure new joinees are fit for company culture * recently they hired many managers who were not required * check politics, it can ruin growth plan in long run and chase away talent
