Pros
I would say there are no PROS. I joined in Pune, India and working onsite now at Illinois. Since i have worked on both corners of the organization onsite and offshore , I can firmly say that the management is not good at all. Do not fall the salary they offer at Pune, India. I did the same mistake and i am now not able to switch my Job.
Cons
- Pune Management is hopeless - People working at Reliance as store Managers are IT directors at Sears Pune. - HR Policies are no good. Except the money but other than that you will suffer the politics, discrimination if you are not from Maharashtra. -Hiring process is not good, they hire all people as Tech Leads and Technologists, hence no growth for like next 10yrs. Growth policy is not good. -Do not join Sears India (Pune) , there is nothing you can learn except shouting at the management.
