If waitressing wasn't so hard on the body I'd still be there. Great environment, thoughtful management, tons of long term employees which is a great sign. Darden has great perks and benefits!! First restaurant i EVER actually received a break. Food is PHENOMENAL

Having tables outside during summer but it is what it is

Regulars, steady business, good pay. Daily tip payout was great for a steady stream of income rather than weekly/bi-weekly paycheck. Hours were reasonable and kitchen almost always on top of things for consistent food. Private events were seamless and coordination between BOH and FOH was one of the best I’ve worked in.

Performance Based Scheduling made for an interesting dynamic between staff and managers. There were clear favorites and undesirables amongst management. EGSS (Guest Surveys) was held against us heavily and swayed much of managements attitudes towards staff.
