Good working environment, very collaborative approach, fosters a positive culture of sharing ideas and voicing opinions regardless of role or hierarchy. Team is filled with passionate theatre-lovers. Plenty of opportunities to carve your niche. Fun socials every couple of months. Was there for a very happy couple of years!

Occasionally too much bureaucracy that got in the way of getting on and doing, but this was continuously being tweaked and improved while I was there.

As with other start-ups there's lots of space to define your own role and make changes that can be implemented fast. Fun company days out.

Bad people management. Not a positive company culture.
