Pros
Decent people at the individual contributors level. Real salt of the earth humans who are trying to do their best in a broken system.
Cons
Nepotism runs rampant, particularly in People and Culture. Poor leaders are allowed to run entire teams into the ground without intervention. Company fails to provide reasonable accommodations in a timely manner. Ineffective leaders are often absent, lack visibility, and/or work out of state. Sometimes all three.
