      There are great benefits and lots of PTO. some of the people there are really quite funny and fun to work with. 99% of the people there are smart, smart, smart.

      Cons

      If you don't mind working independently all the time and being scorned by your peers - go ahead...work there. Data driven, data driven, data driven. Know how to read, interpret, and report data. That's their thing.

      Organization has been in the middle of some organizational restructuring and has made some strides but has a very long way to go in living up to its values and goals to be a organization that promotes racial equity and belonging.
