It’s true that our organisation has undergone a significant period of change, as is normal in a growing company. No decision is ever taken lightly and each one is made with the long-term sustainability of the business and our employees in mind. We recognise the impact change can have on individuals and teams and we remain committed to supporting our people through these transitions with care and transparency.
We know that change can be difficult, it’s not always immediately easy to see the full picture when you’re in the middle of it. At the same time, we want to acknowledge and highlight the significant progress that has been made, much of it led by our People & Culture team in close collaboration with others:
• A new Learning Management System to support professional development and training.
• A course library with general and specific courses such as bespoke EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion).
• A performance review process and system to encourage regular feedback and clearer progression pathways.
• A full review and benchmarking of benefits, with enhancements already implemented in key areas.
• Active work on company culture, with encouraging feedback from many current team members.
The People & Culture team plays a critical role in helping the business and our people navigate change. Our intent is always to respond to feedback with fact and fairness, and we are proud of the progress made, even while acknowledging there is always more to do.
